Provide litigation services (judicial and administrative proceedings) by preparing answers, appeals and objections to the best interests of our clients before the Labor Courts, Federal Labor Offices and labor inspection bodies. Work in the advisory and preventive areas by preparing legal opinions, recommendations, and guidelines on employment routines, in addition to carrying out audits and mapping labor vulnerabilities. Provide support with union negotiations and internal employee committees, such as implementation of an ‘hours bank’ system, profit sharing, home office regime, among other issues. Support in employment termination processes. Advise on third-party hiring processes, including sales representatives and outsourcing processes. Work in the implementation of “good employment practices”, including compliance with Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
